How to remove a data source from my Windsor.ai Account

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to Your Windsor.ai Account https://onboard.windsor.ai/

  2. Once logged in, stay on the 'Add Data' step. This area lists all the data sources we support.

  3. Identify the Data Source to Remove and click on it.

  4. Once clicked you will be able to see the added accounts. You should remove all the accounts to disconnect the data source from your account by clicking on the X. Important! Before proceeding with the removal, check if any reports or data streaming depend on these accounts. Removing an account or data source that is actively used can lead to gaps in data or incomplete reports.

If a data source has no accounts connected then it's not being used and you would have space to connect another one.
